The UKCPSA exists to help responsible operators align with the principles set out in the Government’s upcoming code of conduct, promoting fairness, transparency and integrity across the industry. We aim to demonstrate a unified and regulated sector when the voluntary code of conduct is introduced.
By uniting under one independent standards body, operators can lead by example, protecting consumer confidence and strengthening the industry’s long-term credibility.
